Say "I Do" to Water

It is no secret that water will always be the answer to almost... EVERYTHING. In weight loss, it absolutely is the answer and here is why:

  1. Water suppresses the appetite

  2. Water removes waste from the body

  3. Water increases major calorie burning

  4. Water aids in your workouts

  5. Water stimulates your metabolism

  6. Water reduces STRESS

For some of us moms, our skin could be a bit brighter; we could stand a little glow, right? When water removes toxins, it becomes the moisturizer we need for smoother and cleaner-looking skin.
