Kick that sweets craving
If you are like me, you look sugar here and there. I knew I had to cut my cravings for cakes, pies, and cookies, but I didn't have to cut it out of my life completely. I have two little ones who simply don't care about their health at all, so they want chocolate and ice cream all the time. Here are some of the alternatives that I found to be absolutely delicious but less sugar or sugar-free, higher in protein, and less in carbs. I highly recommend everything on this list (so does my kids, lol):
