What Works

What works for you may not work for someone else. BUT... it's worth a shot. I gained over 120lbs over the years. That's an entire person. It didn't bother me for years. I had two children back to back and gained a couple more pounds. It wasn't until I bought mirrors and had to look at myself...and kept catching a glimpse of what I had become before I said..."F*CK this. I can't keep holding this extra person for the rest of my life. I AM TIRED."

I tried every diet I could think of, and they all failed. ALL OF THEM! I purchased every pill out of GNC. All failed. I became so discouraged, not realizing that it was ME that wasn't working. So long story short, I blamed myself in order to hold myself accountable.

What worked for me was getting a tool that I knew I would have to work hard for. And guess what... IT WORKED!!! Since gaining my newfound tool, I taught myself discipline and changed EVERYTHING. I did a lot of research on carbs and sugar, and alternatives. Let me tell you; there are many amazing things out here that we overlook because it's "healthy." I also found lots of workouts that I have been able to complete with my children. I stopped making excuses and have lost 70+ plus and still going down.
