Waist Training. It's a THING

So a lot of what I did and am still doing during my weight loss journey is waist training; however, I am particular about how I waist train. Many women go for the tightest latex waist trainer they can find, thinking that will get them the best results. WRONG!!!. For me, latex is a NO-NO. Many latex waist trainers are way too tight, causing your pores to clog and your skin to become very irritated. Also, the latex trainers have steel bone in them which is another NOPE because they dig into your skin, causing so much pain and can even break your skin.

I use Neoprene, a rubber that is super sturdy and snug for the best workouts. It absolutely activates your sweat glands and is extremely breathable. There is no necessary steel bone that goes in these waist trainers, and it is so much easier to work out in. I wear my trainer for about 8-10 hours a day as I am moving around, and once I take it off, I am really sweaty. WINNING!!

Now let's be clear, you will not see results after one 8-hour day. With anything, you must put the work in. Take advantage of your trainer, go to the market in it, run around with the kids, clean the house, and do some quick cardio before the day is over. The more you move, the more you are activating your sweat glands.

My results have been amazing. I had the back rolls, the flank fat, and all that good stuff, but with my journey and pairing that with waist training, my back rolls are legit nonexistent, and I don't have the spare tire anymore. Everything works with consistency.

If you want to try a waist trainer to see if it will work with you and your journey, go on over to the shop section and order yours now.
