Ok, ladies, we all look in the mirror and tug at our hips, butt, and thighs, sometimes critiquing ourselves. Of course, we want to be smoother and more fit, but we just don't know where to start. During these times, we don't want to go to the gym, the masks are uncomfortable when we are sweaty, and we would rather just be in the safety of our own home.

Well, we can, and we don't need to use the entire house to get it done.

Squats are so effective in strengthening the core, butt, thighs, and overall lower body. They are so easy to do, so staying consistent should be a breeze. Always remember, "slow and steady wins the race." Slower squats are more effective than faster ones.

Once you have gotten the hang of your squats and your form, to give you an even more effective workout, add a dumbbell to your workout.

Oh btw, squats reduce cellulite and burns fat. Music to your ears yet?
