Say Yes to Alternatives

I absolutely love tacos, nachos, pasta, chips, etc etc

Since my journey started, I researched things I like and what I can replace them with that had less fat, carbs, and sugar but didn't take the entire yummy-ness away. So I'm going to let you in on my delicious alternatives that made me never want to go back to "regular" food again:

  • Quest cauliflower pizza

  • Mr.Tortilla 1 net carb tortilla

  • Mission Spinach herb wraps

  • Thin Slim zero net carb bagels

  • Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese

  • Jennie-o Lean turkey meat

  • Daisy Light Sour Cream

  • Life Cuisine Egg bites

  • Crepini Egg wraps

  • Homemade Chaffles

  • Barilla Protein+ pasta

  • Primal Kitchen Non-Dairy alfredo sauce

  • G Hughes sugar free marinades

  • HighKey plant-based protein cereal

The list above is all the things I have very often, very low carb, low/no sugar, and very low in fat. Because I'm not too fond of things that taste like they lack certain ingredients, I did thorough research on all of my new favorite products and tried them out before adding them to my list of alternatives. Nothing has bad after tastes, and to me, that is so important. There will be a part 2 for this list, so be on the lookout!
